首先我们来看一些服装的款式。
Sleeve 袖子
The sleeve is the part of a shirt that holds your arm.
袖子是衣服覆盖你手臂的那部分。
Shirts, sweaters, sweatshirts, and coats all have sleeves.
衬衣、毛衣、卫衣和大衣全都有袖子。
When I make a mess eating, I sometimes clean my face with my shirt sleeves, though my wife always tells me I shouldn’t!
当我吃东西吃的到处都是的时候，我有时直接用袖子擦脸，但是我妻子总是告诉我不应该这样！
Short-Sleeved 短袖
Long-Sleeved 长袖
Collar 领子
The part of a shirt that goes around your neck is the collar.
围绕着你的脖子的周围的衬衣的部分就是领子。
When you think of a suit, you probably think of it with a long-sleeved shirt with a collar.
当你想到西装的时候，你可能就想到一件长袖的衬衣上面有领子。
Crew-neck 圆领
Crew-neck describes any shirt with just a round hole for your head.
天猫圆领指的是任何一种在头的部分是一个圆圆的洞的衣服。
Turtleneck 高领
I wear a turtleneck when it’s cold, or sometimes under a jacket, because it’s a less conservative “formal” look.

Old-fashioned 过时的
We think of our grandparents as being old-fashioned.

Taste 品味

Modern 现代的

timeless 不过时的
Grace Kelly wore a beautiful, timeless gown on her wedding day.

classic 经典的
Ralph Lauren has put his unique touch on the classic little black dress.
